Logistics Operative
As a logistics operative you are responsible for packing and unpacking, reworking, picking orders and preparing transport. You work in our new-build distribution centre with the latest systems.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a logistics environment is a plus
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- REACH truck experience is a plus
- Accurate and physically fit
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative you are the first point of contact for our clients. You handle enquiries, resolve issues and ensure clients are always satisfied with our service.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service
- Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Affinity with e-commerce and logistics
Shift Leader
As a shift leader you manage the team on the floor. You ensure an efficient workflow, monitor quality and motivate your team to get the best out of themselves.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role
- Experience in a logistics/warehouse environment
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Natural leadership
- Forklift licence is a plus
Inbound Logistics Operative
As an inbound logistics operative you process all incoming goods flows. From unloading inbound containers to checking and booking stock into our WMS system.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with unloading containers
- Forklift and REACH truck licence
- Accurate and systematic working style
- Physically capable
- WMS experience is a plus
Outbound Logistics Operative
As an outbound logistics operative you are responsible for preparing orders for dispatch. From picking and packing to labelling and loading transport.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with order picking and packing
- Forklift and REACH truck licence
- Fast and accurate working style
- Proficiency with scanning and WMS systems
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Team player
Onboarding Specialist
As an onboarding specialist you are responsible for connecting new clients to our WMS. You link webshop systems, configure integrations and provide first-line support for technical queries.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with WMS systems (Monta is a plus)
- Knowledge of common webshop systems (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- MBO4 / HBO working and thinking level
- Willing to jump in operationally when needed
Commercial Intern
Support the commercial team in acquiring new clients. Learn everything about e-commerce logistics in a fast-growing organisation. AG e-Commerce is a recognised training company. If there is a good fit, there is an immediate opportunity to stay on.
What we are looking for:
- MBO/HBO student in commerce, marketing or equivalent
- Graduation internship is a plus
- Strong communicator in Dutch and English
- Interest in e-commerce and logistics
- Proactive and entrepreneurial
